Kyle brings over five years of real estate experience, backed by more than a decade in the hospitality industry where he rose from bar back to General Manager in just four years. This foundation instilled a relentless work ethic, precision under pressure, and an uncompromising standard of service—qualities that seamlessly translated into his real estate career. Kyle is known for delivering a refined, start-to-finish client experience built on trust, discretion, and results.
After transitioning from Avenue North Realty, Kyle joined Engel & Völkers Ottawa South to further elevate his craft under the mentorship of Chris. Together, they work closely to drive record-setting sales and sustained growth, combining strategic insight with hands-on execution. Their mentor-mentee relationship is rooted in shared standards, accountability, and a commitment to excellence at the highest level of the market.
A former collegiate athlete, Kyle played baseball in Buffalo, New York, earning multiple accolades and competing in the Junior College World Series in Tyler, Texas. He also played semi-professional baseball for Ottawa’s own Fat Cats in the Intercounty Baseball League (IBL), along with junior hockey for the Stittsville Royals, Arnprior Packers, and Almonte Thunder. This competitive background continues to shape his disciplined, performance-driven approach to business.
Outside of real estate, Kyle values time with his family—his wife Paige, daughter Sadie, and their dog Bo. He can often be found on the golf course or playing men’s hockey, maintaining the balance and focus that define both his personal and professional life.
